Established the Management Consulting practice for the Geneva Office. This was done as a “start from scratch” assignment and involved recruiting and training staff while at the same time analyzing and entering the market and obtaining and executing projects. The target was to “breakeven” in three years. I managed to achieve that target in two years and the practice became profitable in the third year.
