I am an independent consultant with twenty eight years of management and consulting experience in international assignments. The projects have been in a variety of countries, from developing to developed, and for a wide variety of clients in the public and private sectors. The geographic emphasis has been in developing countries (including post-conflict environments.)

The services provided are primarily in the areas of:

• Project management,
• Strategic assessment and planning, and
• Business restructuring - institution/capacity building; pre and post privatization support services; and private sector development, including assistance to SMEs (Small-Medium Enterprises)

A "common thread" through most of the consulting projects is that they have been "cross-disciplinary" in nature which requires a high degree of coordination between consultants from varying functional managerial disciplines (such as finance, human resources, information technology, marketing, planning, legal services, etc.) as well as technical specialists for the particular industry.
